Service Description

Please read before continuing: Consultation included before beginning appointment. All clients must be over the age of 18. Photo ID must be present and available for copy at every appointment. We do not tattoo those who are pregnant or nursing. Lash serums must be discontinued a minimum of 1 month prior. No lash extensions can be on the lashes and must be removed before your appointment. Contact lenses cannot be worn on day of appointment or for 5 days following your procedure. A non-refundable fee of $100 will be taken to secure your appointment and will go toward the cost of procedure. All booking fees are valid for six months and are non-refundable for any reason. The balance of the procedure after the booking fee has been paid is due at the time of the initial procedure. Please arrive on time. Showing up even a few minutes late could result in the loss of your appointment. If appointment is cancelled with less than 72 hours advance notice, if you are more than 15 minutes late or, if you no-show for your appointment, a rescheduling fee of $50 may be applied to reschedule another date. Each client heals and retains pigment differently and exact healed results cannot be guaranteed. As with tattooing of any kind, the results are dependent on proper aftercare and other variables that cannot be controlled. * Follow up and additional visits scheduled after 8 weeks from date of the initial service will be charged length of time passed with a minimum or $185. No refunds will be given after procedure has been performed. Only the client being tattooed will be allowed in the procedure area. No minors are allowed and will be asked to leave. Due to the tedious nature of permanent makeup, it is imperative that distractions are kept to a minimum. Please leave cell phone on silent and refrain from texting or calls. No photos or video. Food and beverages are not allowed in the procedure area. Previous cosmetic tattooing must be disclosed before booking. We cannot guarantee results for corrective or cover-up work and removal may be recommended before working on an area that has been previously tattooed or microbladed. Corrective/cover-up work may require extra sessions and will be charged accordingly. Prices are subject to change at any time. We accept cash and all major credit cards. We reserve the right to refuse our services for any reason.

Cancellation Policy

ALL DEPOSITS AND BOOKING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Please give at least 72 hours advance notice if rescheduling is required. Failure to give appropriate time to reschedule may result in loss of booking fee and an additional $50 rescheduling fee will be required to book the next appointment. Please arrive on time. Showing up even a few minutes late could result in the loss of your appointment as this will delay the schedule and affect later appointments. If you are more than 15 minutes late or, if you no-show for your appointment, the deposit may be forfeited and rescheduling fee of $50 will be applied to reschedule for another date.
