Eyebrows - Cosmetic Tattoo w/ touch-up

Service Description

Please read before continuing: All clients must be over the age of 18. We do not tattoo those who are pregnant or nursing. For clients with previous cosmetic tattooing a consultation is required before booking. A non-refundable booking fee of $100 will be taken to secure your appointment and will go toward the cost of procedure. All booking fees are valid for six months and are non-refundable for any reason. The balance of the procedure is due at the time of the initial procedure. Please arrive on time. Showing up even a few minutes late could result in the loss of your appointment. If appointment is cancelled with less than 72 hours advance notice, if you are more than 15 minutes late or, if you no-show for your appointment, the deposit may be forfeited and rescheduling fee of $50 may be applied to reschedule for another date. Each client heals and retains pigment differently and exact healed results cannot be guaranteed. As with tattooing of any kind, the results are dependent on proper aftercare and other variables that cannot be controlled. * Each new eyebrows cosmetic tattoo procedure includes a touch-up session at 8-12 weeks as a follow up to the initial procedure to top up or fine-tune work from the first session. The follow up is not intended to change the shape or color of initial treatment. Follow up and additional visits scheduled after 12 weeks from date of the initial service will be charged accordingly . No refunds will be given after any procedure has been performed. Only the client being tattooed will be allowed in the procedure area. No minors are allowed and will be asked to leave. Due to the tedious nature of permanent makeup, it is imperative that distractions are kept to a minimum. Please leave cell phone on silent and refrain from texting or calls. No photos/video. Food and beverages are not allowed during the procedure. Previous cosmetic tattooing must be disclosed before booking and a consultation is required before scheduling appointment. We cannot guarantee results for corrective/cover-up work and removal may be required before working on an area that has been previously tattooed or microbladed. Corrective/cover-up work may require extra sessions and will be charged accordingly. Photo ID must be present at the time of the procedure. We do not tattoo those who are pregnant or nursing. Prices are subject to change at any time. We accept cash and all major credit cards. We reserve the right to refuse our services.

Cancellation Policy

ALL DEPOSITS AND BOOKING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Please give at least 72 hours advance notice if rescheduling is required. Failure to give appropriate time to reschedule may result in loss of booking fee and an additional $50 rescheduling fee will be required to book the next appointment. Please arrive on time. Showing up even a few minutes late could result in the loss of your appointment as this will delay the schedule and affect later appointments. If you are more than 15 minutes late or, if you no-show for your appointment, the deposit may be forfeited and rescheduling fee of $50 will be applied to reschedule for another date.
