Service Description

Please read before continuing: This booking is for returning clients, with eyeliner previously applied by Amanda Hoffman only. New clients please book new initial session or schedule a free consultation before booking. Those with eyeliner previously tattooed elsewhere looking for a refresh, must schedule a free consultation before scheduling eyeliner refresh. All clients must be over the age of 18. We do not tattoo those who are pregnant or nursing. A non-refundable deposit of $100 will be taken to secure your appointment and will go toward the cost of procedure. All deposits are valid for six months and are non-refundable and non-transferrable for any reason. The remaining balance of the procedure is due at the time of the procedure. Please arrive on time. Showing up even a few minutes late could result in the loss of your appointment. If appointment is cancelled with less than 72 hours advance notice, if you are more than 15 minutes late or, if you no-show for your appointment, the deposit may be forfeited and rescheduling fee of $50 may be applied to reschedule for another date. Each client heals and retains pigment differently and exact healed results cannot be guaranteed. As with tattooing of any kind, the results are dependent on proper aftercare and other variables that cannot be controlled. No refunds will be given after any procedure has been performed. Due to the scrupulous nature of permanent makeup, it is important that distractions are kept to a minimum. Please leave cell phone on silent and refrain from texting or calls. No photos or video. Food and beverages are not allowed in the procedure area. Only the client being tattooed will be allowed in the procedure area. No minors are allowed and will be asked to leave. Corrective/cover-up work may require extra sessions and will be charged accordingly. Photo ID must be present at the time of the procedure. We do not tattoo those who are pregnant or nursing. Prices are subject to change at any time. We accept cash and all major credit cards. We reserve the right to refuse our services.

Cancellation Policy

ALL DEPOSITS AND BOOKING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Please give at least 72 hours advance notice if rescheduling is required. Failure to give appropriate time to reschedule may result in loss of booking fee and an additional $50 rescheduling fee will be required to book the next appointment. Please arrive on time. Showing up even a few minutes late could result in the loss of your appointment as this will delay the schedule and affect later appointments. If you are more than 15 minutes late or, if you no-show for your appointment, the deposit may be forfeited and rescheduling fee of $50 will be applied to reschedule for another date.
